New Ferrari Dual-Core Notebooks

I must say, I'm in awe of global brands alliances. Rarely can we see two giants coming up with a new product. This time I'm talking about Acer and Ferrari who have joined their forces to create two outstanding laptops. The Ferrari 5000 and 1000 are meant to be the flagships of elegance, style and high technologies.
The Ferrari 5000 and Ferrari 1000 are based on the latest AMD Turion 64 X2 Mobile Technology. It houses a built-in 1.3 mpx camera, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi. A card reader, Gigabit Ethernet, storage up to 160GB and a HD DVD drive are as well integrated in this cutting-edge novelty. The Ferrari 100 is a smaller 12.1 inch version of 5000. Actually, it has the same internal features, as its brother.
Both Ferrari series are available with preinstalled Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition or Microsoft Windows Professional Edition.
All Acer notebooks come with a standard 1 year Carry In (International travellers warranty - ITW) which can be extended to 3 years cover with the Acer Advantage service that also covers accidental damage to the notebook.
A very stylish and rather powerful device, isn't it?!

Leather Memory Stick

Frankly speaking, I can hardly imagine my everyday life without those little USB memory sticks. They save so much time, efforts and money, actually. These devices are available in plenty of finishes, but most of them seem too dull and tawdry for me. But these days I came across one of the most stylish memory sticks I've ever seen.
This Leather Memory Stick is retro-stylished and very elegant. It can serve not only for its intended purpose, but to be as well a very chic accessory perfectly fitting your style. This device is plugged in USB port. No external source of power is required. You can keep you data on this Memory Stick for more than 10 years and write and rewrite it more than one million times. It enables both full speed and high-speed
transmissions of data. Is available in 512 MB or 1 GB capacity. I'll certainly purchase this one for myself and another one for my best friend. I'm sure she will appreciate it.

Working prototype of $100 laptop

It's amazing when people think not only about satisfying their wants and needs, but do take care of those who really need this. I mean all those charity and non-profit organizations that do their best to help children, ill people or promote nature protection and sustainable use of natural resources. One of these organizations is One Laptop per Child (OLPC). It is a non-profit association dedicated to research to develop a $100 laptop for those children from poor countries. They want to offer those children from 3-rd world some new opportunities for development and self-realization. It's a very noble idea from my point of view.
They've already managed to make a working prototype of this. The laptop will feature LCD display, with high-resolution and low- resolution color modes.
It's not yet in production, but they hope to make it soon.
The devices won't be sold, but distributed to schools through governmental organizations.

Nike+iPod Sport Kit

Thank Goodness finally these 2 world known monsters Nike and Apple teamed up to offer us innovative Nike+iPod products. They named their first "creature" the Nike+iPod Sport Kit. This one is meant еще cooonect your Nike footwear and Ipod Nano while you sport. Information on time, distance, calories burned and pace is transmitted to your Ipod, is displayed and and is stored there.
The kit includes a special in-shoe sensor and a receiver that attaches to iPod.
Nike+ shoes feature a built-in pocket under the insole that was specially engineered for the Nike+iPod sensor.
You know, I was thinking to go in for sports for a long time. But I was sure that this would be rather tedious and dull. But now, with these Nike+iPod Sport Kit things will change for sure. I'm sure I'll love my every-morning-jogging! Mix business with pleasure is what I really like!

Bottle-opening ring

I'm sure that everybody likes these rings. As for me, I'm fond of them. I was always especially interested in multifunctional devices. I mean that it's wonderful when somebody finds new solutions for common tools. People who invent such things should be a little bit genial to fulfill their crazy ideas.
Many generations of beer gears invented new ways to open a bottle. There are a lot of methods to perform this rather simple action: by lighter, ordinary openers, any improvised means and even by teeth.
It would be a pitty, if you break your favorite ring trying to open a bottle. The bottle of beer doesn't cost such sacrifices, no matter how much you like beer.
You'd better get this special bottle-opening ring to be sure that you are always well "equipped" for spontaneous parties with your friends. I also think that the ring is not only useful, it looks cool and unusual. I think this modern device can easily compliment your unique style.
It comes in several sizes, so you can be sure that you'll find a proper one. As for me, I'll be glad if anyone will gift me one of these. Of course, it shouldn't be a wedding ring, but it can be perfect memory souvenir.

Cozy Tunes Speaker Pillow

I'm fond of music. Actually I'm one of those who can hardly part with mp3 player. I listen to music everywhere I have the possibility. That's why I try to monitor new headphones, MP3 players and all that stuff. So, today I'd like to tell you about new Cozy Tunes Speaker Pillow.
The idea seems pretty genius to me. There is nothing that reinvents wheel in this, but nevertheless it’s for sure a tidbit. Imagine how great it is to come home after a busy day at work, relax listening to your favorite music and forget about everyday routine.
This Cozy Tunes Speaker Pillow is the best way to have a rest. In case you suffer from insomnia, the Pillow is a must have for you. You can as well easily "save" days doomed from the start by yourself. Pillows are available in several colors: purple, pink, black, lime green, and cyan to fit any interior.

Female Android

The age of robots is coming! Of course, I hope that nothing terrible will happen and they won't establish empire over human kind.
Anyway abilities of modern androids are rather poor.
A new female android was introduced to the public on May 15, in Sough Korea. They named it " EveR-1". She is able to express few emotions and has a 400-words vocabulary. These allow her to hold the simplest conversation and look like an alive person. There are fifteen motors under her silicone skin, thus she can make eye contact and perform simple communication.
In fact, I didn't find out what it was made for. Moreover, this high-tech doll is not able to stand and only her upper part can move. My practical mind needs to adopt each device. I think, its authors just had a strong necessity to realize their ideas and creativity and they have successfully accomplished this.
They say that this android weights 100 pounds and 5 feet, 3 inches in height. It was probably developed for children's fun. Frankly speaking, I doubt whether I'll be happy if my children communicate with robots. I think they'd better spend much time with people. Today when children spend too much time at the computer they do lack communication. That's why I'll do my best to limit this kind of substitution. May be my position seems to be a little bit old-fashioned, but it's me.

Illuminated Keyboard

As you've already understood, new Illuminated Keyboard produces pleasant sapphire-blue glow that makes it really unusual.
I like this for its beauty. When looking at this keyboard I clearly imagine how it should be amazing in a dark room. I think that working with such a device is a real pleasure.
Indeed, a lot of people spend much time at the computer just during the hours of darkness. It's a good chance to spoil one's eyesight.
I won't believe that somebody types in a highlight. The majority of us prefer staying in low light that is likely to affect both eyesight and typing in negative way.
As for me, I'd willingly vary my life with the help of such funny devices, especially because they turn out to be useful. In fact, I don't know whether it will amuse me for a long time. As any new thing it looses its novelty as time passes. That's why it's important to know if it's possible to switch off glow.
If it is, I'll willingly get one of them. Moreover, my old keyboard needs to be replaced by more modern sample. I mean, if I write about all this stuff, it's a shame typing at
such a charmless device.

Waterproof Keyboard from Lenovo

Generally, I'm a clumsy person who all the time runs into walls, polls, and everything that doesn't move. Sometimes it causes lots of troubles. For example, I can hardly manage not to knock over my coffee or hot chocolate. My keyboard has already "drunk" a few liters of this for sure. My friends know this about me and that's why when they found out about this new waterproof keyboard they did not take long to announce me about it. What so say? Fortunately, those guys from Lenovo have finally done something especially for me. This waterproof keyboard works with any PC workstation, so I won't have any troubles if decide to change my PC for something else. "Crush test" demonstrated that this keyboard is able to take full cup of water and this won't cause any troubles actually. You can easily keep on working.
This amazing device is already for sale in China, but I'm not sure about the prices yet. But I want this one for me for sure. It's really worth purchasing!

Cook-n-Dine Table-Grill

Frankly speaking, I haven't made my mind yet whether I like this or not. Of course, it looks like a useful device which can significantly lighten the process of cooking the meal.
Ok, let's see how it works at first.
As a matter of fact, this is a table which features cooking grill-surface. Do not be afraid to be burnt, because it heats only in the center. The rest of surface remains absolutely cold and is safe for using it as a common table.
Now let's find its advantages. Why should we spend money (and rather felt sum of them) for purchasing Cook-n-Dine?
As for me, I'd emphasize two of them. The first: the speed of cooking comes to several minutes. Nowadays, when time becomes the most valuable resource this fact is very important. Moreover, I hate cooking when it takes more than 20 minutes. That's why I do appreciate this characteristic.
The second advantage it gives is even greater: you don't need to use additional frying pans or pots. This means that you shouldn't wash them! This fact saves not only my time but my nerves too. I think, there is no worse occupation than washing greasy dishes. Oh, I forgot to mention that the table is made of stainless still.
But there exists a question that makes me hesitate about this table: I sit really pleasantly to eat at this table? I mean all this smells, greasy drops on its surface and all of this kind. I haven't yet find a proper answer. That's why I leave it up to you.

Hidden Wall Outlet Mini Wall Safe

Oh, you know I was always curious to know where people hide their most precious things. I’m not a millionaire to hide my cash or some other valuables somewhere in the house and frankly speaking I’m not a fan of all those extra-expensive jewelry to find a safe place for them. But people keep thinking about this and try to invent something amazing.
Hidden Wall Outlet Mini Wall Safe was made up especially for those who seek unusual places for their most precious things. I don't think it will be very useful for me, but the idea seems very nice. The only drawback with this safe is that is has no the secret combination or something like this. So you can easily open it if managed to guess what it really is. But you’ll probably have to stand behind your electrician’s back every time he decided to check this wall outlet.

Stuart Sproule’s Handbag

The device is absolutely female one. But the alternative usage is unlikely to be only women’s deal. I mean that not every woman climbs walls every day. I doubt whether the modern ladies have ever performed this. Anyway, it’s a rather cool handbag, no matter how you are going to use it.
Its designer, Stuart Sproul, describes this as a reaction to urban environment. He also proposes to experience the city in some other way. His basic idea was to give people some freedom. He considers that those citizens who lead active urban life do lose a kind of freedom. There exist too many rules we have to follow. That’s why he suggests changing the rules. The simplest way to accomplish this is to begin with yourself.

In fact, accessories are things which characterize people. Everyone is looking for something special to emphasize the individuality. Everybody is sick and tired of dress-code!
Almost half of our lives we do the things we don’t want to do, wear cloths we don’t like at all, deal with lots of people just because we have to.
As for me, I’d gladly get a handbag like these. No matter that’ll hardly ever use it as a part of rock climbing equipment. The only idea that my little bag has its little secret, makes me to set mind on purchasing it. The device is probably limited edition. Anyway, it was pleasantly to learn that designers like Stuart Sproul don’t stop amazing us.

USB Foot Web Cam with LED + Microphone

It came out, that most of my friends are spread around the world, so actually I have very few chances to see and “touch” them. Internet and all those messengers are a lifeline for me. Frankly speaking, I can hardly imagine myself without a webcam. How can without this? I have to sound off about my new make up, haircut, or some new gadgets I’ve purchased. You know, I miss my friends very much, and do my best to keep my friends in the picture of my life.

These days I was looking for a new webcam, as my current one is quite flakey. Something went wrong with it, and I decided to get the new one. After a little digging around I’ve found a very nice and funny foot-shaped webcam. USB Foot Webcam can be plugged in PC or Mac and provides you with 30fps at 320 x 240 pixels, or 15fps at 640 x 480 pixels. It houses a 360 degree rotatable camera head. A built-in audio microphone gives me the opportunity to talk with my dear friends for hours. I can send them lots of pictures using the webcam’s snapshot button.
I appreciate thinking out of box. May be that’s why I didn’t fell uncertain at all when purchasing this one. It's available in black and white colors. By the way, the price is very acceptable.

"One" Table Lamp by Maria Berntsen

You know, I sometimes envy those who are smart enough to invent something very simple, but stylish and genius. I’m talking about those talented designers who are able create the astonishing masterpieces. As for me, I can spend tremendous amount of money on such kind of stuff.
Well, today I’d like to present you with the one of those cute designs that really drive me crazy.
“One” table lamp was designed by Maria Berntsen for Holmegaard. This one is made from a single piece of glass. A nice combination of Antic traditions and modern technologies, isn’t it?
I think this masterpiece will perfectly fit any interior. This will be available in both clear and white (opal) versions. As for me, I do not quite like lamlight, but opt for stan lamps or wall washers.
So, I’ll do my best to purchase this awesome creation when available for masses.

Pantech's PG-2800. Cell Phone that can Read Writing

South Korea’s Pantech Group has announced that this mouth they would introduce a new mobile phone. They are going to unveil PG-2800 at the SVIAZ Expo.
But we have already got some odd bits of information and are ready to share this with you. The PG-2800 features all common functions such as 1.3 MP camera, MP3 player and color display. Though, the phone also has a function that makes it different and unique. The matter is that it’s able to recognize handwriting.
Of course, it doesn’t refuse traditional methods of text typing. One can use old “push the button” methods to write a massage or e-mail letter until get used with these novelty. The PG-2800 offers you doing this otherwise: use your fingertip to write the text on the keypad and wait it to be transformed into hard copy. This method should probably save time, especially when the massage you want transmit is too long.
But as for me I hate the process of hand writing. I always tried to avoid cases when I had to write and was happy after High School graduation. In fact, I can hardly remember when I had a pen in my hands for the last time. That’s why the advantage offered by this new device is not for my pleasure.
Anyway, I’m sure that the phone will be popular, because people like retro style. This device will bring us back to good old times.

Telephone Hanbag from La Pochette

You know, almost every of us is somehow strange and has its own obsessions. As for me, I do have a few as well. Handbags, scarves, silver finger rings and some other little things are a kind of fetish for me. Have lots of them at home and frankly speaking I adore flattering my fetishes.
If talking about handbags, I’d like to present you with the new Telephone Hanbag from La Pochette. This one is a combination of handbag and a fully functional telephone. Not a cell phone unfortunately, but a regular phone that should be plugged into a landline. I hope one day they will invent something like “cell phone bag”. A very cute thing, but in my opinion it’s a little bit useless. I can hardly imagine using this one for its intended purpose.
Those who are fond of all kinds of unusual and chick stuff would appreciate this one for sure.
Telephone Handbag comes in two colors- black and red, to fit your interior or cloth style I guess.

Concept of Remobeads.

Television is almost everywhere now, and it takes up more and more of daily life's wall space, it’s an essential part of just about everyone’s daily life. So those who deal with new technologies strive to invent brand new and cute something to gain and maintain Tv fan’s interest.
Frankly speaking, I’m not a Tv fun at all as I have very few time for it. But nevertheless I try to be up-to-date to those new Tv gizmos.
One of these turns out to become a kind of “breakthrough” in remote controls family. Have you ever thought of combination of TV remote control and beads?

This can some day become your everyday reality with Russian designer’s concept of Remobeads. Zapping can be given a new shape and shifting between channels can become much more entertaining. You just slightly press the beads. These are glow-in-the-night, so you can easily watch Tv in the darkness. Each bead can display either a network's logo or the channel number.
Hope they will put these into production. I’d purchase this for sure, because I love such kind of cute stuff.

Love Detector Cellular Service

You know, I was always wondering what’s happening with my fiance or friends on the other side of the telephone line. Now I can easily determine if they are really honest enough in emotions when talking to me. Nemesysco Entertainment have launched the architecture that enables to use a special Love-Detector right from your cell phone. This special service analyzes the voice activity of the person you are talking to and determines the level of Excitement, Concentration, Anticipation, Embarrassment, and Love during your phone conversation. Love-Detector Cell Service is very simple to use. All you have to do is dial the access number, and your friend's or BF’s phone number right after. Oh, you really mustn’t ask those stupid questions like “Honey, do you really love me?” The system will determine whether this statement is true without this kind of questions. Once you are done, you’ll receive a special report (SMS or audio message). This will be not only about level, but will cover all other parameters. "Concentration", "Embarrassment" and "Anticipation" are just a few to name. This service is currently available in Turkey, Hungary, and the U.K.
A nice way to try you friends out if uncertain about their attitude towards you.

Philosophical T-Shirt

People who dare to put Love-Hate T-shirt on are probably philosophers or simply like jokes.
In fact, the word used by French designer Rachel Plefger is a usual abigram. It means that one can read it from different angles and each time he or she will see another word.
The T-Shirt’s secret is a little trickier. The point is that you read “Hate”, but the mirror image shows you “Love”. But I think that you’ll always have to look for the nearest mirror to demonstrate this to your friends.
In fact, philosophy was never my strong point. On the other hand, all of us are philosophers to a greater or lesser extent. And instinctively I understand that these two abstract are opposite. At the same time, when taking into account the universe duality, we can say that they form two components of something whole. Ok, I understand that I become boring. That’s why I’d better stop my feeble attempts to amaze you with my ideas.
Frankly speaking, I found it to be rather pretty. Actually, I haven’t yet understood whether the T-Short attracted my attention, or the girl from the pictures. But they definitely fit together.

Apple Speakers

There are no bounds to designers’ fantasy when they decide to develop a new sample of speakers. Their new idea took the form of apple shaped speakers. But such kind of things does introduce some fun into our sometimes dull lives. They look a little bit childish. But we are sure that both kids and their parents will be glad to get this funny device.
Red Apple Speakers fit to any iPod, MP3 player, DVD player or laptop. In a nutshell, it works with any high-tech device which features a headphone jack output (3.5 mm).
Moreover, as you can see at the picture it can be used as an iPod stand.

The Apple Speakers come in several colors. So, you can choose the color that fits you the best. One can enjoy their using at office, home or even when traveling. Or you can fold them up and take them with you, for instance when going to parties. Apple Speakers’ design allows keeping them in safe when carrying them around.
One more thing you should know about is that their producers promise a high quality stereo sound, but this is the most important thing for true music addicts.

Wave Magnetic Track

Frankly speaking, I’m a kind of person who never finds time for purchasing necessary stuff such as frames, photo albums, racks, etc. Moreover, I even don’t print out my photos, because I stock them at my computer and successfully forget about them. Sometimes, I want to spend time watching old and new photos, but not sitting at the computer, but having them in my hands. Or I just wish to give a look at one of the most favorite pictures in order to cheer up. In these cases I do regret nobody has presented me with a good frame. Wave Magnetic Track seems to be created especially for persons like me. It comes in two-pieces unit mounts and five magnets. You can use your creativity and fix this on your wall in different ways. To help you in this deal they include 4 mounting clips with 2 screws each, 5 magnets, Allen key and user guide. In fact, this device is not only for pictures, it can hold any other important reminder notes. The thing I do appreciate is that I can easily change pictures I’m tired of. As I lead rather active life, I’m nearly obsessed by a constant desire to change something. So, Wave Magnetic Track is a tool which combines both perfect design and functionality.
