Coo.boo - the digital cookbook

Coo.boo - the digital cookbook
During the 20-th century fast food became a real value of every day life of lots of people. We became too dependant on this stuff. Rarely we can afford eating 3 well-cooked meals a day. It's all because we are very busy and always lack time.

I have to confess, I have ate my fair share of fast food. I used to spend pretty much time away from the house and it actually was not an easy thing to grab a good meal.

But, still sometimes we can afford to spend an hour or even more on cooking. If we manage, it's up to us to make this process as pleasant as possible. These days I found out about a cute device, able to make cooking exciting and even fascinating. I'm talking about coo.boo.
Coo.boo - the digital cookbook
This one is a digital cookbook. I guess you've never heard of something of this kind before. The gadget is very convenient to use. Being a high-tech digital device, coo.boo can be held like a spatula on your cooking table, or hung up on a wall, for example.

The device is washable, thus making it just a perfect for any kitchen. And is certainly more convenient than any printed cookbook.

Besides, it features a lot of very useful functions a printed cookbook lacks. This digital cookbook gives a possibility to choose the extent of support you need. You can either display recipes or have a kind of audiovisual cooking lessons. All the recipes are stored on your computer and are automatically synchronized through the wireless docking station on the rack.

So, as you can see, coo.boo is an absolute must have for those who wish to make cooking fascinating.

Mini Refrigerators for Big Pleasures

I'm sure there are many people who like going out in the parks or any other kinds of nature to spend some of our precious 21th century time out of the city, breathing some clear and fresh air, without CO2, Uranium and such stuff.

Mini fridge for big pleasuresUnfortunately there are not much gadgets to help us out with the problem of storing our products out in the nature, where there is no electricity, no mini power plants... actually almost nothing to keep everything cool in a hot day. Except of course those refrigerator bags, which actually don't last very long.

Here is a way out: such Pylones Mini Refrigerators. This would be perfect for girls who like spending time on a blanket somewhere far away. There is actually a drawback of such far-away-in-the-nature picnics: you'll need a car, so you could plug the fridge into the DC power supply of your car. On the other hand you'll always have a fridge at hand and all the food and drinks will be stored in safe coolness.

So since the capacity of such chill-out mini gadgets is rather limited it would be impossible to use it as the chief cooling device in a house, but it would be perfect for any other room. There is an AC adapter foreseen for cases you don't really go out in the nature.

Choose any design you wishIn a room the fridge could store a couple of drinks for you and you friends, if you throw a small party to a limited number of best friends. This way you don't organize ambassadors downstairs to fetch some more fresh drinks.

A piece of advice for mummies: the mini fridge is a perfect gadget to install in the kids' rooms, though be careful not to store there to much ice cream or sodas, as you know, the kids won't stop eating and drinking until they see there's nothing more to eat or drink (especially when they like it).

The purpose of this French specialty is something really indefinite and it is up to you deciding where to put it, what to make out of it and so on.

The retail price of the gadget is of about $130 and everything you'll have to think about is what color it should be to fit into the overall design of your college dorm. I think the price allows just about everyone to have this nice and useful gadget, as it never lets your fruit and vegetables rotten out on a picnic on a hot day, and you'll save time to spend with your friends, while not always running downstairs to fetch some more Cola.

Sunrise Toaster will bright your morning

Sunrise Toaster will bright your morning
I'm just definitely fond of all these designer stuff. Actually, I've always loved usual things shaped unusually, as well as some brand new solutions. These things bright our life and add some spice and taste to that every-day routine. Very often some trifles can just make you happier.

Sunrise Toaster will bright your morning
I'm rather indifferent to kitchen appliances, but it's not about the one I want to tell you about today. Sunrise toaster is just gorgeous. You probably are wondering "Why?". Toasters are something very usual and can hardly amaze you.
First, this gadget has nothing to do with you kitchen table, as it is hung on the wall. Pretty unusual for a toaster, isn't it?

Its shape needs some special attention as well. Sunrise can easily become "your home sun", especially if you live in London or in some other city that lacks sunshine. While the bread is toasting, light comes our of the toaster. I absolutely adore this idea. Just imagine, you get a toaster and your little personal sun at once.

I'm sure that with this Sunrise toaster making toasts will become your favorite occupation. As for me, I want this one very much for my kitchen.

Gadgets to Make Mornings Easier

Do you know the expression "Good morning"? I'm sure you do. So what I want to tell is that it is false: a morning can never be good! You always need some time to try to wake up (yes, TRY to wake up), then to take a shower, to try to prepare yourself breakfast, to get dressed, to get into the car and so on and on. My personal waking up process can last until I try to wake up the next morning.

Some manufacturers of different gadgets know about the situation with waking up and they tend to make our mornings easier (just like that Philips commercial says).

I've found two gadgets to make our mornings easier and more pleasant.

Cereal Dispencer - best gadget for easy morningsThe first one is a Cereal Dispenser from Vincon. The gadget will make you forget about struggling with that cereal box every morning. It would be OK if the box and the plastic bag inside it were always open. But when the bag is closed - this is a nightmare for me: I'm starting to look for a knife, scissors or anything else to cut the darn bag; and I never find them quickly (that's normal - my eyes are half open, or half closed...). This is really annoying when you are just trying to wake up.

And then I've heard about this Cereal Dispenser gadget. The concept of this device is the same as of those bubble-gum machines, where you insert a coin in the slot and you get a gum. The situation with the cereal dispenser is a bit different: you don't have to pay for you cereal - you just twist the dial and get as much breakfast as you wish (though might think of some payment system for your visitors...). All you have to do is fill in some of you favorite cereal breakfast into the dispenser every now and then. You could always use for something else: how about making a piggy bank of it: in the morning you just twist the dial and get your hand filled with coins. So, this is just about everything you have to do with it: fill in, anything able to sip down the hole, and twist.

RollerToaster - exclusivity in the kitchenIf you don't like cereal, you might try some other gadgets. How about the RollerToaster? Don't know what this is? I doubt that - it's a toaster, though not a usual one. The gadget is a concept designed by Jaren Goh from Singapore. It represents a small-sized toaster, which functions like a paper cutter, in way: the mechanism takes your slice of fresh bread through the gadget and the bread comes out on the other side crispy and brown, and ready for anything you like to see on your toast in the morning.

This gadget will need less space in your kitchen than the traditional toasters and will surely become a bestseller among people, who like to stand out. It "WILL BECOME", because the gadget is still a concept and there is no information on its pricing or release date. There is actually nothing to say more about it, other than I'll have one for sure!!!

You Control Your Headphones' Cord - You Control Your Music

I'm sure everyone has had situations when you look for a safe place to keep the headphones' cord, because it is always tangling. And there are few to have already found the answer to this task. There are always solutions and ways out of any situations (well, almost any situations).

CordGo clipped to the beltThank God, there are some masters of a handcraft, called gadgetry. The knowledge about this handcraft has been transmitted from generation to generation so that today we could all have the little portable gadget called CordGo, which should free us from that the tangling and annoying cord.

CordGo is probably the simplest and most convenient accessory ever invented for the media gadgets; so now we can safely store our long cords and keep them organized. Earlier I would fold the piece of the cord I don't need and stick it down my pocket, but now I can't even imagine how I could actually survive this nightmare.

Now I can adjust the length of the cord and set it for the optimal length I need from my MP3 player to my ears. I can easily clip the gadget to anything clipable on my clothes and have it handy where I can always reach it (though I don't know anymore what for I should try reaching it...) Some models of the gadget support also cords with volume control, but these models are not quite wide-spread.

CordGo Cord ControlInitially the CordGo Cord Control was designed for storing the headphones' cord from mobile phones, but now they have been newly designed so that they could also store 3 mm thin headphone's cords, USB cables, hands-free mobile headsets, docking stations, FM radios or anything else having a cord thin enough to fit the CordGo system. This system will also keep your cord away from being damaged, and thus the need for you to invest additional money in a new pair of earphones (or whatever else you like).

So now I enjoy my favorite music without having to be annoyed by the permanently tangling cord. And I'd really advise this little, yet very useful and comfortable gadget to everyone who doesn't like doing anything in total silence. The CordGo will manage your cord at the length you've set up and there where you want it to be.

Okay, I'm way off into advertising the device, the thing I'm not supposed to do; but... ehhh... I just can't help it!!! I want everyone to know that there are gadgets, that are made to help us out (like the CordGo) in this world full of bad things, and bad gadgets...

Bluetooth Jawbone Headset

Bluetooth Jawbone Headset It seems that people became somehow more irritated than they used to be. There exist a lot of reasons for this: time pressure, busy schedule, permanent inconvenience, lack of time to devote it to family and leisure. The most popular profession is likely to be the one of psychologist. People need to share their problems, to get rid of negative emotions.

Some of them are looking for other ways to relax: sports, hobbies and, of course, society still can not live without its bad habits. Thus a lot of guys prefer alcohol drinks and other “relaxants”. Don't worry, my review shouldn’t be a lecture about healthy lifestyle.

All that I want to say is that we should settle our nerves. One can ask me how it can be performed. Of course, it’s a great job to make you easy. Nevertheless, you can begin with the simplest things. At first, eliminate any source of irritation if it is possible.
Bluetooth Jawbone Headset
For instance, you’ve got used specking over your cell using headsets. Unfortunately, the pleasure of conversation can be spoiled by background noise. It can be the most important moment in your life: lovemaking, business talks, and discussion about the latest gossips with your girlfriends, talks about shopping, whatever. And you always have to interrupt this “most important talk in your life” by “Sorry, I didn't quite catch what you said... Could you, please, repeat it once more time? ”. It’s a real rubbish, you know. Very soon you get irritated and loose your temper. Your partner is likely to be even more nervous. It’s obvious that nobody can be satisfied with such a conversation. Now the natural question arises: How can you eliminate all this annoying stuff?

The answer turns out to be very simple. The only thing you have to do is to change your headphones. Your old ones seem to be out of time, because the latest headphones give you opportunity to take pleasure of phone talk even in most nosy places. Cingular Wireless has introduced the new model of their headphones.

Jawbone is the new Bluetooth gadget that features a special Noise Shield technology. How it can be possible? You know, many novelties, in fact, are not as new as we used to think. The matter is that a lot of modern technologies were run in military services. That is why there is no miracle at all.

Noise Shield technology adapts to the changing environment, thus raising the quality of phone connection.
Moreover, the gadget is rather stylish. It can become a part of your unique style. Choose the color that fits you the best and enjoy long high-quality sound talks. Everybody knows that if women were free to talk over phone as much as they wish, it would never stop.

iPod Compatible Clothes

Happy New Year, everyone! Here we are, at the beginning of a brand new year. This might be another bridge to invention of new technologies and hence, new gadgets too.

So the past year has brought us many, many things, which we liked or disliked, but there is nothing to appear or disappear in vain: we have learned something from our mistakes and have made new useful conclusions. So may the New Year bring you not flawlessness, but only little mistakes, whose consequences you wouldn't even feel. Using the experience of such mistakes you can make big conclusions to avoid big errors.

And what I am going to bring you right now is a new collection of clothes designed for wearing when using an iPod media player. If you ask yourself why for iPod in particular, I would say that I had asked myself the same question when I heard about such clothes.

iPod Compatible Gloves - iGlovesThe first piece of garment is a pair of clothes, but not quite ordinary ones. I started to wonder, what so special is there about these gloves. The thing is that they are made especially for those people, who like working out during the cold seasons and listening to the iPod media player at the same time. The iGloves are designed in such a way, that you don't have to take them off to control your favorite music gadget.

Everything I was able to find out about this warm gizmo is that it is from a famous manufacturer of clothes for extreme sports - Marmot. Another thing I found out is that the fancy material the gloves' shell is made of is called Apex Stretch Fleece NP-850S. I don't know what it really means, but looks cool. There are any sizes available in the range between extra small (XS) and extra large (XL). The model is made in one single color, but a universal one - black.

So this fancy new technology makes it possible to manage your playlist in a cold weather without taking the gloves off and its suggested retail price for US is only $35. I don't think there should be much fuss about getting a pair of these.

Another piece of garment, also meant for having an iPod in it and it is the iPod Controlling Jacket. MY God!!! How many things they have already invented for this thing and they can't even make a break for a second!!!

This rather new thing is meant not just to keep the media gadget in safety, but it is meant to control the player remotely. So this is still a question, whether the iPod or the Jacket controlling it should be called a gadget...

iPod Controlling JacketThe thing is that the left sleeve has a five button control system, consisting of play/pause button, forward and rewind buttons, and volume up and down button. The jacket has a special pocket for the iPod for a firm holding and it is made of a waterproof material, thus you shouldn't have any problems wearing it and listening to the music during a wet weather.

My thought is that this five button control system lacks two additional buttons Next track and Prev track. You know such situations, when you actually have a playlist with all your favorite songs, but right now you want to hear this particular song and nothing else. So what you do about it? You take the iPod out of the pocket and change the track.

In order to avoid accidental track change the manufacturers have made the buttons to lock after 3 seconds of inactivity. Activation can be done by pressing and holding the forward button for 7 seconds. I think there will be some problems with inactivity thing, but this might be something like that Windows OS: they first make it and then they ask what is wrong with it.
