Work out programs for you iPod

PumpOne Work Out Assistant for mobile gadgetsI'd like to address this post to the girls, who can't imagine their life without their pet and best friend - their iPod. So, girls, when was the last time you left the building WITHOUT the gadget? I think none of this ever happened and it will not happen.

Well, I've got a news for you. If you like to work out sometimes, in front of a TV working out show, you could probably continue reading. If don't work out, drink beer and listen to your favorite music on your favorite iPod... then you'd better start working out!

So there is a company, called PumpOne. This company is a software developer, which develops various programs for different mobile gadgets. This time the folks from PumpOne have noticed the fact I've described earlier: people like working out with their iPods. So they've designed several workout programs to assist these people.

Such workout software will play on any model which has the ability to display color images, this means that it is compatible with iPod Nanos, with Zunes, with smartphones, actually just about everything with a color display and some memory. However, some iPods might need an upgrade, i.e. disposing of it and getting yourself a new one. I'm speaking about iPods produced before 2003.

PumpOne have developed several programs designed to meet the needs of various people. For example, the software includes such programs as PumpedAsanas, PumpedForLife, PumpedForSummer (watch out boys!) and so on. Each of this programs has its own instructions for you, it tips and some visual material. You're free to use everything at your own concern.

PumpOne was developed for a range of specific qualities of your body: strength, endurance, flexibility, weight loss and heart health. What is also impressive here is the fact that the developers have included different trainers for specific program. They believe that the trainer's personality has a very great role when people are receiving their instructions.

At the beginning of this year the company launched a work out service for your mobile. You can freely download the software from the internet. Well, not that freely: it costs some money. But who cares about the money when the stake is the beauty of your body !

If you're already in a rush and can't wait to see a guy with a sexy torso showing you some nice exercise, wait a sec. Just wanted to tell you that you can actually listen to your playlist while exercising. So all you have to do is watch him move and the gadget will play you favorite music.

The Most Feminine Laptop Bag - Knomo Teeli

Question: Is it not annoying that all the laptop bags are absolutely identical? They're all black or dark colored. Well, they probably have some distinctive features, like a long handle, short handle, leather, maybe special material... and they're all black.

Sometimes I have thought that bag manufacturers think that we still live in the 90's and only business ladies have laptops. But as we all know, business women are known to be b**ches (sorry), who wear all black.

Surprise, Surprise! I've got a news for you, all you bag makers. We, simple, sensitive girls, who have feelings, taste, blogs and laptops and we don't really like black, because black is lame.

Thank God, I was heard so soon. Thank You, Teeli, for giving me a quick response, pictured by this beautiful bag, every girl could be proud of: Knomo Teeli.

This slim laptop bag is fully hand made. The main material is leather, which is however used with quilted nylon twill. The latter material is absolutely necessary in a bag, as it acts like a shock sponge, when the bag falls down with all its content accidentally.

This bag is perfect for any mobile gadget you have smaller than 15 inches. You could actually fit in a MacBook Pro of 15.4 inches. It is available in a wide range of colors, from which I like white and pink the most.

I enjoy only the simple thought of having a Knomo on my shoulder, sitting down on a bench, taking my pink VAIO out of it... and you, all you people around me in that moment, stare and envy... I like this thought.

A Knomo bag costs around $166. This is not very expensive for an extra light bag (0,5 kg), with a retractable padded handle and that ultimate interior and exterior protection for you favorite gadget.

And the most impressive feature of this bag is it's ability not to forgotten (Oh, who can actually commit such a vandalism act and forget this beauty somewhere in Subway). It has an integrated tracking system, which gives each bag a code. This code is backed up by a help center, which is 24/7 at your service, if you're in trouble with the bag. But I guess you'd better use this call center.

The only thing I do not know about this fancy feat of the bag is whether the tracking system actually works outside the US, but actually don't really care. Yes, I'm rather insensitive, when it comes to such gadgets as the Knomo Laptop Bag.

Do you like plants?

I think there are seldom cases, when in the era of high technologies and super functional gadgets the girls are still interested in plants an everything related to them.

Well, a certain number of us still like cactuses around our PC, or still have some nice blooming trees on their sills. But I think these numbers are getting lower and lower with each new technology appears, with each new technology attracting the girls' attention and making the girls forget about their green friends.

I personally keep a few bonsai trees so I could forget for some time about the computer, the Internet and the whole world. But... enough about me. Let's speak about those, who cares about both: the plants and the technology. What could a hybrid of these two sphere of human activity and inactivity bring the world?

I guess this: a Japanese maple tree with integrated nanotechnology. Yes, today any scientist on earth could state that ANYTHING could be optimized and improved with the help of some robotics.

The scientists from Breeze have integrated into the small trunk some sensors, which would react on any changes of the environment and let you know when something goes wrong. So it can "visually sense and react through 360 degrees, allowing her to reach out to you and others whenever you are near" (noticed the "her" addressing?).

I guess this is kind of creepy... Remember the "Lord of the rings: Two Towers part"? Imagine, if the whole street you live on would have such robo-trees planted and when you walk home late, just pray that the trees wouldn't reach to you.

OK, enough with the fantasies. Back to real life... and some terminology. The wires of these sensors are made of special material called nitinol. This material has a unique ability to change its shape together with the body of the tree. The thing is that when put under some electricity, this nitinol wire would get tense, like a human muscle tissue, and would 'remember' its current state. This way the robot within the tree and the tree itself grow together (something like the soul and the body of a human being).

Don't rush to buy this gadget, because I don't really think there are such things at sale. Well, maybe on the black market.
